refs #161 Add robo rival support

codex/redmine-161-robo-rivals をdevelop にマージするようににリクエストしました。

Summary

  • Add Robo Rival configuration and generated rival scores.
  • Add Robo Rival rotation score target and update the target during play using current score.
  • Fix result IR ranking so the player row uses the result best score and real player name.
  • Hide the result-screen IR send success display while keeping failure display and ranking refresh.

Verification

  • ./gradlew.bat test --tests bms.player.beatoraja.RoboRivalTest --tests bms.player.beatoraja.play.RoboRivalRotationTargetPropertyTest --tests bms.player.beatoraja.PlayerConfigFileCompatibilityTest
