  • Refresh README for the current Windows 11 / Java 25 focused codebase
  • Document 7-key / Charge Note scope, runtime commands, build/test commands, packaging tasks, and repository layout
  • Note parser sibling repository requirements and the BeatorajaLauncher entry point
